Arts Council re-elects officers, launches 2027 strategic planning

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Arts Council unanimously re-elects its officers, launches fiscal 2027 strategic planning. Town Manager Shaun Mulholland and Administrative Support Coordinator Kirsten Hildonen attended to guide the council's goal-setting process for fiscal 2027; initial priorities include securing a dedicated arts facility, expanding youth involvement, and reviving Art on the Common. The Youth Art Contest received 60 submissions for a March 7 reception at Leach Library, while Wild Apples Literary Journal's third edition has 38 accepted submissions and Concerts on the Common reported three pending band contracts and its first Gold-level sponsorship for 2026.
