NH LONDONDERRY — Capital Improvements Committee reviews $47 million in proposed projects from Recreation and School District. Recreation Director Doug Cole presented five initiatives totaling $2.77 million across fiscal years 2028-2032, including tennis court restoration, two skate park options, and baseball-softball dugout reconstruction; Town Manager Shaun Mulholland said skate park projects would move to an unassigned list without community commitment. Amity Small, School District Business Administrator, and Bob Slater, School Board Chair, presented a $2.5 million turf field project for FY28 and a $40 million LHS renovation and addition for FY30-FY33, the latter eligible but not guaranteed for state building aid and cited as a safety necessity for accreditation.
Mulholland flagged a projected expenditure bulge in 2029 requiring strategic address.
