Cemetery Trustees request Town Council to appoint two alternates.

NH LONDONDERRY — The Cemetery Trustees unanimously voted to ask the Town Council to appoint two alternate members to strengthen the board's operations. Trustee Cara Dunn raised concerns about the small size of the current group and moved for the request; Trustee Laura El Azem seconded. Administrative Services Director Kirsten Hildonen explained that the Town Council would set terms running January through December and post openings in September.
The board also established a quarterly meeting schedule for January, April, July, and October, and will vote on a chair and bookkeeper at its next session on October 20.
