NH LONDONDERRY — CIP Committee hears presentations on three major capital projects. Police Chief Kim Bernard and Facilities Maintenance Supervisor JR Valente discussed roof replacement at police facilities, with Town Manager Shaun Mulholland noting potential solar installation and a 30 percent federal tax credit. Cyber Services Director Jeremy Spaulding presented a $150,000 physical security access control system for town buildings, planned in phases from 2026 through 2029.
Finance Director Justin Campo reviewed plans for replacing the town's aging ERP system as the vendor sunsets the current product. The Committee voted unanimously to approve June 9 meeting minutes before adjourning.
