CIP Committee Convenes, Elects Gray Chair
Capital Improvements Program (CIP) Committee · Meeting of June 9, 2026
NH LONDONDERRY — The Londonderry Capital Improvements Program Committee held its opening meeting and elected Kevin Gray as Chair and Jeff Penta as Vice Chair, both by 3-0 vote. The five-member panel, which includes Town Council member Deb Paul and Town Manager Shaun Mulholland, approved a seven-meeting schedule through September 29. Members rejected the current project scoring framework under RSA 674:6 as not useful and asked staff to develop modified criteria that include information on revenue sources and tax impact.
Mulholland committed to scheduling department heads to present their FY 2028-2033 capital requests at upcoming sessions.
