Budget Committee · Meeting of September 17, 2026

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Budget Committee reviewed fiscal impacts for the proposed Brookview Hollow planned unit development. The analysis projected approximately $7.8 million in annual revenue, $2.3 million in school costs, and $383,000 in municipal service costs, resulting in an estimated $5.5 million annual net positive operating impact compared with about $946,000 for a lower-density single-family alternative. Town Manager Shaun Mulholland cautioned that the analysis did not fully account for infrastructure improvements or fire and emergency response needs, with the development approximately nine to ten minutes from the nearest fire station.

The Committee also began planning the FY2028 budget season, with presentations scheduled to begin November 7, and unanimously adopted Committee bylaws.
