Community Aggregation Plan launches with high opt-in rate

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Utilities Committee launches aggregation program enrollment and begins strategic planning workshops. The Community Aggregation Plan went live April 1 with approximately 93 percent of residents automatically enrolled, Administrative Services Director Kirsten Hildonen reported, with benefits appearing on May utility bills. The committee received updates on the St.
Gobain Final Settlement, approved March 30 by the town council, and scheduled workshops for the Strategic Plan covering fiscal years 2027 through 2029. The energy, water, and sewer subcommittees reported progress on solar siting, water-quality data collection, and the Pillsbury pump station project, scheduled through December 2027.
