NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Conservation Commission approves prior meeting minutes, advances trail projects. The seven-member body addressed maintenance of the Musquash area through a planned work day and discussed a grant application by Michael Speltz to the New Hampshire Trail Bureau for the Lithia Trail, which would require a 20 percent cost share and could begin tree cutting in November if awarded. Chair Marge Badois reported that only 15 percent of Londonderry is currently conserved land, compared to a Master Plan target of 30 percent by 2030, requiring the addition of approximately 1,000 acres annually.
