Conservation Commission approves site-plan review for Broadway Auto Sales expansion.

NH LONDONDERRY — Conservation Commission reviews three site plans and elects leadership. The Commission recommended conditional use permit denial for Executive Health and Sports Center's indoor sports complex within a 50-foot wetland buffer unless the Zoning Board of Adjustment grants a variance; Jason Hill agreed to discuss relocation with the property owner. For Broadway Auto Sales, the Commission recommended hazardous-materials checks on relocated sheds and agreed to draft a letter of support.
For Elwood Road Subdivision's proposed 16 frontage lots on 125 acres, the Commission recommended a no-cut zone along the existing treeline. The Commission voted unanimously to re-elect its incumbent Chair, Vice Chair, and Finance Department Liaison, and identified 11 priority projects for 2026, including trail work at the Musquash and parking-lot construction at Lithia Springs.
