Conservation Commission approves two townhome development applications on March 10

NH LONDONDERRY — Conservation Commission addresses two townhome developments and trail plan. The commission reviewed conditional-use permits for Page Rock Townhomes at 3 Page Road and Rock Road Townhomes at 295 Rockingham Road, presented by Paul Chisholm of Keach-Nordstrom Associates and Deane Navaroli of Page Rock LLC; the Rock Road project was redesigned to reduce buffer impact to 1,522 square feet with no direct impacts. Chair Marge Badois formed a subcommittee to review forester applications, with a meeting scheduled for March 13.
The commission also discussed a proposal from resident Jim Isaac to create an all-persons trail on Woodmont Commons crossing Duck Pond, recommending involvement of state environmental and wildlife agencies before proceeding.
