Conservation Commission objects to strategic plan deletions, backs Town Manager position

Conservation Commission · Meeting of July 14, 2026

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Conservation Commission strongly opposes proposed strategic plan deletions. The Commission voted to align with the Town Manager's position and directed Alternate Member Susan Malouin to formalize a written objection, which Chair Marge Badois will submit to the town. Members cited concerns that deletions would strip regulations, accountability, and transparency while creating inconsistencies between key performance indicators and action items.

Individual Commission members will attend the Town Council meeting to voice personal objections during public comment.
