NH LONDONDERRY — Conservation Commission reviews two townhome permits and names forester subcommittee. Chair Marge Badois and the commission heard presentations from Paul Chisholm of Keach-Nordstrom Associates on Page Rock Townhomes at 3 Page Road and Rock Road Townhomes at 295 Rockingham Road, both represented by Deane Navaroli of Page Rock LLC. The Rock Road proposal was revised to reduce buffer impact to 1,522 square feet with no direct impacts.
The commission unanimously approved previous meeting minutes with two abstentions and established a subcommittee to score forester applications, with a review meeting scheduled for March 13.
