Conservation Commission · Meeting of March 24, 2026
NH LONDONDERRY — Conservation Commission reviews two major wetland projects and discusses town forester. The Commission heard presentations on the Town Hall Office and Parking Expansion at 268B Mammoth Road, which would impact 5,614 square feet of permanent wetland and 916 square feet of temporary wetland in phase two, and the Wilmarth Construction Plan at 7 Planeview Drive, reducing impacts to 4,000 square feet from an original 2013 proposal. Chair Marge Badois guided the Commission in requesting modifications including plantings, parking area reductions, and hazardous materials restrictions.
A non-public session was held to discuss candidates for town forester.
