NH LONDONDERRY — Conservation Commission approves forester services and trail work funding. Chair Marge Badois oversaw review of two development projects: a Diamond Edge subdivision dividing 8.7 acres into 2.5-acre and 6.1-acre lots at 115 Hovey Road, and a 105,000-square-foot warehouse at 12 Jack's Bridge Road with 105 employee parking spaces. Deb Lievens moved unanimously approved payment of a $2,275 forester deposit from the Habitat fund, and Michael Speltz secured unanimous approval for an additional $130 trail work allocation covering bridge repairs on Porcupine Loop and Sara Beth trails at a total cost of $278.13.
