Council adopts revised PUD zoning ordinance in 3-2 vote

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry approves Planned Unit Development ordinance revision on 3-2 vote. The Town Council adopted amendments to Section 5.2 of the Londonderry Zoning Ordinance, with Councilors Dan Bouchard and Deb Paul voting against the measure. Deputy Town Manager Kellie Caron presented the revision after an extended public hearing that included resident concerns about commercial development shortfalls and impacts on the town's character.
In separate action, the Council approved a 15.3 percent pay increase for the Town Clerk, the amount previously included in the approved budget, also on a 3-2 vote. Finance Director Justin Campo noted the Town Clerk had received no pay increases for the past four years.
