Council approves $94,518 for Leach Library mold remediation and roof repairs

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Town Council backs library mold remediation, authorizes major water infrastructure spending. The Council unanimously approved $94,518 for Leach Library mold remediation and roof repairs, closing the facility through summer despite continued summer programming under Acting Director Donna Plante. The Council also unanimously approved $4,881,466 for Phase II of the High Range Road Water Main Project through an amended Construction Management Agreement with Pennichuck Water Works.
The Council accepted Megan Thompson's resignation from the Heritage Commission and confirmed Doug Cole as Recreation Director effective July 1, 2026.
