NH LONDONDERRY — DPW Facility Workgroup narrows Owner's Project Manager finalists to two competing firms. After interviewing four of six initial bidders in late April, the nine-member workgroup eliminated Colliers, Owner Rep Consulting, Trident, and CHA from consideration; PMA and Left Field advanced as top choices, praised for strong presentation skills and advocacy capacity. Both firms will submit fee and scope documents by May 22 for scoring-matrix evaluation; the workgroup will make final selection May 27 with contract execution slated for after July 1, 2026.
The group identified selecting a firm capable of selling the project to residents as key priority.
