Heritage Commission approves three subdivision and site-plan applications
Heritage _ Historic District Commission · Meeting of March 26, 2026
NH LONDONDERRY — Heritage Commission endorses three development projects for Planning Board review. The Londonderry board, chaired by Art Rugg, recommended approval of a 16-lot subdivision on Elwood Road conditioned on allowing the Historical Society to photograph and recover artifacts from the old Elwood home and barn before demolition, and on preserving apple trees where feasible as part of town heritage. A third recommendation advanced a four-building contractor bay development at 7 Planeview Drive, with provisions to maintain stone walls and add natural screening from the rail trail.
