NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Heritage Commission continues Elwood Road subdivision review. The Commission deferred advisory input on a 16-lot residential proposal spanning five Agricultural Residential parcels to its March 26 meeting at the applicant's request; applicant Belize Real Estate Holdings LLC represents the Estate of Wayne Elwood, with Linda and Christina Elwood as owners. Chairman Art Rugg presided with four members present; Assistant Town Manager Kellie Caron and Planning Board Assistant Secretary Tony DeFrancesco presented an updated checklist for the Commission's role in design review, and discussion of the Londonderry Look Book was also deferred to March.
