Housing Authority approves December minutes, defers RBC vendor decision.

NH LONDONDERRY — The Londonderry Housing and Redevelopment Authority unanimously confirmed Boutin and McDonald as vendors while deferring a decision on RBC until its February meeting. Chair Dan Root, Secretary Dave Abbott, and Vice Chair Chris Powers reviewed year-to-date 2025 financials showing $160,400 in net income through December and approved a $450 invoice from McDonald. The board unanimously re-elected the current slate of officers for 2026.

Root will follow up with Vachon about the status of the pending 2024 and 2025 audits.
