Housing & Redevelopment Authority · Meeting of March 9, 2026

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Housing Authority approves February minutes and discusses property development. Chair Dan Root reported a February 17 meeting with the Massachusetts Housing Trust about Harvey Road properties, with the trust expressing interest only in long-term leases, not purchases. The authority's FY 2025 financials were restated to reflect unrealized market losses totaling $8,500.

The board unanimously approved invoices for accounting services ($450) and legal counsel ($360). All members are encouraged to attend a Right-to-Know training session scheduled for March 25, with recordings available through Londonderry Access Center TV.
