Leach Library Trustees · Meeting of July 15, 2026

NH LONDONDERRY — Leach Library Board of Trustees Ad Hoc Financial Committee advances budget and governance matters. Treasurer Azra Palo reported that the Citizens Bank checkbook, register, and voided checks remain missing, though money is accounted for; the committee plans direct contact with the prior treasurer and aims to resolve the matter before auditors arrive in August. The 2027-2028 budget update increased the percentage increase by approximately 4 percent, with insurance and custodial services figures pending fall finalization.

The committee approved nine memberships in the New Hampshire Library Trustees Association at 35 dollars per person, with Treasurer Palo serving as bundler until a permanent director is hired.
