Leach Library Trustees approve FY28 budget draft and staffing proposals.

NH LONDONDERRY — Leach Library Trustees unanimously approved the FY28 budget draft and forwarded two full-time staffing proposals to the Town Manager for prioritization. Chair Nancy Hendricks, Vice Chair Beth Marrocco, Secretary Erica Laue, and Trustee Maryam Mallick also approved the board's use of the town hiring process for selecting a new Library Director and accepted $2,200 in unanticipated funds from donors Scott and Kimberly Hamilton and Debra Donovan. Interim Library Director Donna Plante reported Phase One carpet installation is complete, three ADA-accessible toilets have been replaced, and the library is on track to reopen in the first half of September.
