Leach Library Trustees authorize ReArc contract; director search underway
Leach Library Trustees · Meeting of March 5, 2026
NH LONDONDERRY — Leach Library Trustees unanimously approve ReArc remediation contract and staff training. Chair Liz Thomas and three trustees voted 4-0 to authorize Acting Director Donna Plante to sign the revised ReArc agreement for building repairs, with projected reopening at least by end of May. Trustee Nancy Hendricks will lead the director search, declining an outside agency as suggested by absent Treasurer Jan McLaughlin.
The board approved $567 for Cunningham Security renewal, $466 for Mitinet Library Services, and $720 in combined staff training through NAMI NH and Kaleidoscope Handcrafted Decor, with the latter overspending the professional development line. ReArc remediation includes rooftop unit replacement, flex duct and ceiling tile work, and ductwork cleaning.
