Leach Library Trustees select ReArch for facility repairs following burst pipe and roof damage

NH LONDONDERRY — Leach Library Trustees vote to hire ReArch as preferred contractor for burst pipe and roof repairs. Assistant Director Donna Plante will oversee contractor work, though Chair Liz Thomas voted against the appointment and Trustee Moira Ryan abstained, passing 3-1-1. The board unanimously approved $2,909.97 in tablet and keyboard purchases to support staff during construction, adopted summer hours (Monday-Wednesday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday-Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.), and accepted $350 in unanticipated funds.
A satellite library continues operating out of the Police Department Community Room.
