NH LONDONDERRY — Leach Library trustees map FY28 budget with expanded line-item transparency. The Ad Hoc Financial Committee, led by Treasurer Azra Palo, detailed a $2,000 increase to the Management Services line to cover Assabet service, programming, and legal notices, and flagged a necessary 5 percent rise in general supplies after two years of constrained purchasing.
