Old Home Day Committee · Meeting of May 7, 2026
NH LONDONDERRY — Old Home Day Board approves post-event billing for participants. The board voted unanimously to shift from registration-time payment to billing after the event to accommodate town accounting procedures, on a report from Kirsten Hildonen that finance prefers the later schedule. The board also assigned 11 liaisons across planning teams and events, scheduled full Committee meetings for May 14 and June 8, noted that Board member Kaylyn Moore will depart in summer, and placed a Touch-a-Truck discussion with potential police involvement on the May 14 agenda.
The board agreed to develop an overall budget and gather anticipated revenues and expenses by category.
