Recreation Commission approves prior minutes, hears program and facility updates.

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Recreation Commission approves spring programs and hears facility updates. The department released a spring brochure featuring tennis lessons, youth dodgeball, and track offerings, and launched new programs including Parents and Me for ages four and under and Women's 25+ Basketball. Summer Playground and Voyager Camp programs are at full capacity; the commission awarded $1,100 in scholarships to three families.

The department ordered water pump parts for $4,000 to $5,000 in emergency repairs and is acquiring a new town-funded truck. Londonderry Restore the Recs has received 501(c)(3) nonprofit status to collect sponsorship money for an approximately $120,000 court project.
