NH LONDONDERRY — School District Office Working Group sets June 11 construction start for parking lot project. The 12-member working group unanimously approved prior minutes and confirmed the $213,000 parking lot will begin construction as scheduled, with Continental Paving handling the upper lot and the basecoat on track to be complete by June. The town operating budget covers tree removal this year and lighting next year; the Police Department will handle fencing.
Drawings will be ready for May 1 delivery, and ReArch confirmed all permitting documents will be stamped and ready. The School District has initiated a process to break its current lease agreement.
