Town Council approves $30,000 PFAS grant, schedules Morrison House bond hearing

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Town Council accepts $30,000 state grant, schedules multiple hearings. The council voted unanimously to accept a New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services Aquatic Resource Mitigation Fund amendment of $30,000 for the Lithia Springs Conservation and Restoration Project and scheduled a bond hearing for January 19, 2026 for a proposed $3,381,000 warrant article to renovate or replace the Reverend Morrison Meeting House. Chair Ron Dunn and all five council members present approved authorizing the Town Manager to proceed with the sale of the tax-deeded property at 10 Beacon Street, unanimously voted two proposed charter amendments onto the March 10 municipal election ballot, and approved $4,000 for a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Project and $1,500 for a background investigation on a candidate for Cyber Services Director.
