Town Council approves winter maintenance funding and legal counsel search process.

Town Council · Meeting of February 2, 2026

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Town Council unanimously approved $18,000 for winter municipal facility maintenance. The five-member council also voted unanimously to direct Town Manager Shaun Mulholland to issue a Request for Qualifications to solicit a new law firm, despite voiced concern that the process would be time-consuming and other firms might not match current counsel expertise. Councilor Dan Bouchard invoked privilege to delay a revised purchasing policy pending further research.

The council denied a motion for rehearing on rezoning 2 Litchfield Road, voting 3-2, and agreed the Town Manager should seek legal opinion on options for Potter House beams stored by the Londonderry Historical Society.
