Town Council Delays Strategic Plan Adoption Until Spring 2027
Town Council · Meeting of August 3, 2026
NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Town Council votes to defer strategic plan adoption until spring 2027. The Council voted unanimously on Councilor Dan Bouchard's motion to hold final action on the draft FY2027-29 Strategic Plan in abeyance, with Town Manager Shaun Mulholland recommending the deferral to allow time for consensus-building and alignment with the FY2029 budget cycle. The Manager is directed to return with a revised framework by May 2027 for public consideration.
The Council also approved $175,000 from the Roadway Maintenance Trust Fund for chip sealing on Planeview Drive, Delta Drive, Aviation Drive, and Harvey Road.
