Utilities Committee charts strategic plan for long-term infrastructure

NH LONDONDERRY — Utilities Committee advances strategic plan and monitors major construction projects. The Londonderry Utilities Committee met to oversee the town's strategic utility plan, which has been presented to the town council and is moving to public working sessions May 4, May 18, and June 15. Director of Public Works James Danis reported the St.
Gobain construction project remains on schedule, with the High Range Road water main change order approved and pavement remediation beginning at month's end. The town received escrow monies for the next construction phase. The Energy subcommittee reported 92 percent participation in the Community Aggregation Plan, while the Water subcommittee is coordinating with neighboring towns on PFAS contamination and advancing a special assessment district.
