Utilities Committee finalizes Water Town Hall planning

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Utilities Committee schedules Water Town Hall meeting for January 28. Committee chairman Martha Smith led the meeting with members Paul Ramsey, Anne Fenn, John Ferreira, Mike Speltz, and John Mahon present. The committee finalized planning for the Water Town Hall and approved December 2025 minutes.
Anne Fenn is researching water quality with Pennichuck and Manchester Water, and the committee scheduled a PFAS presentation for March 7 at the Leach Library. The Energy subcommittee reported Freedom Energy presented solar options to town council, with favorable implementation conditions anticipated for April. The Sewer and Solid Waste subcommittee is exploring composting programs and dog waste management across the town's 3,600 licensed dogs.
