Zoning Board approves residential development on Nashua Road

Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of February 18, 2026

NH LONDONDERRY — Londonderry Zoning Board approves residential development plan for 296 Nashua Road. The board unanimously approved two related variances for Vigeant Family Properties, LLC, to construct three single-family residences in the Commercial II zoning district. Attorney Morgan Hollis presented the project on behalf of applicant Leonard Vigeant, arguing the 75-foot buffer requirement enacted in 2016 created undue hardship after the property's 2003 purchase.

Both variances carry conditions protecting the natural treeline along the abutting property. In related business, the Board approved a special exception for one portable storage container at 55 Windsor Boulevard but unanimously denied a companion variance for two containers, finding multiple structures would diminish neighborhood character.
