Zoning Board approves three variances for Dickey Street auto sales
Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of January 21, 2026
NH LONDONDERRY — Zoning Board unanimously approves three variances for Lampes Dickey Street auto sales. The Board granted three related variances to Leon and Tamara Lampes, allowing their pre-existing wholesale operation at 6 Dickey Street to shift to retail automobile sales, waiving green area and buffer requirements. Attorney Morgan Hollis represented TF Moran and the applicants; abutter Wayne MacDonald spoke in support, and seven letters of support were on file.
In separate action, the Board approved a fence height variance for Linda Foote at 20 Alexander Road in a 3-1-0 vote, conditional on the first panel nearest the road being reduced to four feet and the resident requiring reasonable accommodation residing at the property. Two other variance cases were continued to February 18.
