Zoning Board approves two single-family homes in commercial zone
Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of April 15, 2026
NH LONDONDERRY — The Zoning Board of Adjustment approved two adjacent special exceptions to allow single-family homes in the Commercial III zoning district at 22 and 20 Buttrick Road. The Board voted 4-1 on both cases for applicant Brian Daniels, representing owner Anne D. Peterson Revocable Trust, with member Mitchell Feig opposing both on traffic and compatibility grounds.
A neighboring resident spoke in support of residential development. The Board also approved a six-month special exception for a portable storage container at 132 Pillsbury Road and granted a variance for sign replacement at 213 Rockingham Road, while denying a request for rehearing of a February 18 storage-container variance denial.
